P&J Contracting Company, Inc.'s relationship with subcontractors and suppliers is critical for all parties involved. P&J Contracting Company, Inc. requires that each subcontractor meet the following requirements:

Experience
Documentation of a recent or similar project experience based upon certain qualifications.

Safety
Proof of an established record of safe work performance.

Bonding
Proof of ability to obtain bonding depending upon the specifications of a certain project.

Insurance
All subcontractors are required to obtain liability insurance depending upon the
specifications of a certain project.
